All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
Domestic Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days.
International Shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s website.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges beyond our control.
5. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, unexpected delays (customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier issues) may occur.
Shacra by Isacar is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@shacrabyisacar.com with your order details.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a resolution (replacement or refund).
7. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
